Amazing Designs!

Great desing objects along side contemporary art work. Picasso, Dali, along with Eames chairs and Porsh cars. Great combination.

I really liked the design area. Seeing some of the computers I worked with as "museum pieces" did make me feel old. The whole area is well laid out and has a great sense of balance. The artworks on the upper floors are also quite appealing; they have a lot of Warhol works on display. Well worth a visit.

the museum is quite big, hosting a lot of different exhibitions. You can see some famous paintings. The best about the museum is that all the shops are closed Sundays and the entrance fee on Sunday is 1€ for everyone. If you are in the city and have no idea what to do on Sunday, go and check it

Once you enter this gallery, look up to the wonderful modern domed atrium - quite superb. There is a coffee shop on the ground floor which is also very welcoming: it was a very cold day when we were there and the huge plate glass windows allowed very welcome winter sun in to warm us. But the coffee, although good,... More

This museum takes 2-3 hours if you really want to see it. It reflects the history of the 20th century. The modern German painters are here, as well as Picasso and Dali.

With a great collection of modern art and exciting post-modern exhibitions, we spent the better part of a day marveling at these wonders. The audio guide (in English) was essential and magnificent.

Great variety where one minute you can be looking at the history of the motor car, then furniture then art. The guide recordings are good value for money and bring an already interesting visit to life and with a nice cafe it is easy to spend 3-4 hours at a cost of 5 euros.

A very well organised museum where you can admire paintings from 20th century major artists among whom German painters such as Kirchner, Beckmann, Otto Dix, but also Picasso and Dali among many others.

The pinakothek is well laid out and interesting. It's not too busy and the installations are thought provoking and interactive.
