You just can't help it - you realize you get a chance to stand where Hitler stood in 1930s. But the whole place is falling apart. It seems some renovation work has been sanctioned, but better go and see before the whole face of the area changes

Very much enjoyed this place - incredible feat of engineering. The mind boggles when considering the history and significance of such structures. Well worth the visit.

This one spot was worth our day trip to Nuremberg. The Nazi Documentation Center is housed in Hitler's old Congress Hall. What was once his seat of power is now a museum dedicated to attempting to understand how such atrocities could have occurred. It is a really powerful place to walk through. Spend some time wandering the surrounding grounds, especially... More

I'm fascinated (and repulsed) by the period in which the Nazi's rose to power in Germany. There was so much to see here. Right next to the parade grounds is a magnificent museum about the Nazi era (in English and german). A must for any history buff

the German Nations Zentrum focus during the war years. The stadium was the site of great spectacles for the German Reich.. It is also the site of the US Army produced film on the destruction of the swastican symbol seen so often after the war... Eire to stand on the very same platform that the früher stood on during the... More

The grounds and museum are both very informative. The free accomplishing English listening tour is wonderful. They did a good job combining the museum with the grounds, and maintained a reverent atmosphere throughout both. I would not recommend this for small children. There are a few images from World War Teo that would be disturbing for younger children. I don't... More

This is a very ineresting museum to visit. It is hard to realise how it was back in the days. There are lots of information and pictures and you leatrn a lot. It is also very big and you need some time to get it all in when you walk around. It gives you a feeling of horror and at... More

This place is a piece of (worrying) history. Scale and grandiosity are just baffling. Costs nothing to walk in, but, as with visits to Auschwitz or the killing fields of Cambodia, a stark and useful reminder of quite how low humanity can fall
