Known for the perfect architecture to see and hear orchestra music, the building is also very innovative and an attraction in itself.

Such a glorious evening at the Berliner Philarmonie. An excellent place to visit even if one isn't a fan of classical music as the Berlin Philharmonic is by far one of the best orchestras in the world. Charismatic Susanna Mälkki led the orchestra and extremely...More

Not an attraction that needs to be visited from an architectural standpoint, but it is definitely a must to book a ticket to one of the city's concerts and enjoy. You can also enjoy with low price tickets (high rows), since the hall is not...More

We had a great evening here. We visit many concerts in the UK, but this was simply the best. Outstanding orchestra, fantastic building with great acoustics.

We had heard that the free concert on Tuesdays was worth checking out. We got there about 30 minutes prior to the start and it was already fairly crowded. However, we had no issue finding a spot on the second level looking down over the...More

The concert hall is gorgeous, very modern and unusual with sittings surrounding the orchestra. Wooden details help to feel comfortable and relaxed and dive into music. Situated in the very heart of the city, so easy to find and to get there.

Went to the Berlin Philharmonic hall. They offer free lunch time concerts in the main foyer. It is very nice. The Architecture tour of the hall is totally worth it. You will need to buy tickets the same day for 10 euros per person.

Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through
the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which
lends its name to this well-heeled neighbourhood.
Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city:
upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades
and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone
streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through
little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop

At the Philharmonie, there is no "dress code". Our audiences wear suits and evening wear as well as jeans and T-shirts. Most guests, however, consider a concert at the Philharmonie as a special event for which they dress... More
