Good day out. Got a combined deal with Madame Tussaud’s which we felt was reasonable. In comparison to Edinburgh dungeons which was the only other one we have visited, I would say it isn’t as good because I felt the you got a better feel...More

Hey Emma Thank you very much for your feedback. As one of the newer Dungeons we try hard to catch up with our 'big brothers' in Hamburg or Edinburgh. Hopefully we will soon. All the best from the Berlin Dungeon

The dungeon experience is always the same no matter which country you go to. This one was probably one of the less fun ones, but it was still worth a trip and a laugh.

I guess this attractions is more suitable for kids. It's not a dungeon. It's kinda a theatre play in several ambients. The actors are very good and the atmosphere is quite right. Some spooky moments but not all that creepy... I guess you should go...More

I have visited Dungeons at other locations, so was really looking forward to this. We were only in Berlin for a few days, and didnt want to waste loads of time queuing, so we decided to pre-book tickets for the English show at 2.30pm. We...More

Booked the English tour, on the website it clearly states an arrival time of 14:30-14:45. We arrived at 14:30 to be told that our tickets had been sold as we were ''no-shows'' This is completely unacceptable, they refused to accept the website was incorrect. Very...More

Dear James Thank you for sharing your feedback. As a matter of fact, the refund will be transferred within 8 days, not weeks. However this seems very off since we never send visitors with valid ticktes away. Delays can happen but we do not sell...More

The centre of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights
