Do not make it a stop on Your itinerary. It is only the name of a place. There are many attractive neighborhoods to walk in.

Quaint lovely square with great restaurants. Easy accessibility from Alexanderplatz via S trains. Best time to come is about 1900; walk around the square and choose a place. You can't go wrong.

It's just a very small park area with a few Restaurants, nothing more. There's so much to see and do in Berlin, don't make this a priority

You can leave this platz from your citytrip. It's not that special. Not much bars to choose from, so you'll probably end up at the vietnamese place

Having lived in Berlin and having also visited on numerous occasions, Savignyplatz is my favourite area of the city to stay, eat and drink. There are numerous great restaurants and bars and also lots of lovely streets to wander around. The area has a really...More

This is a wonderful district of Berlin that is absolutely brilliant to visit. We are in Berlin every August for the fabulous Berlin Beer Festival ( Biermeille) and we always end up here with its great array of pubs, bars and restaurants and interesting architecture....More

We loved this area, much less touristy. The square was beautiful, some shops around and the cafes and restaurants were mixed cuisine, Spanish, Italian, Turkish - to name a few

We stayed at the Hampton by the Hilton Berlin City West, which is located between the Zoologischer Garten and Savignyplatz train stations. Savignyplatz station appears a bit dodgy but that was just a perception based on appearance. There are lots of restaurants, cafes and shops...More

Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through
the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which
lends its name to this well-heeled neighbourhood.
Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city:
upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades
and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone
streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through
little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop
