We took a Flixbus from Hamburg to Bremen. Although it is only 62 miles, but took 1.5 hours due to heavy traffic. I'm not sure if this is always the case. The bus cost 15.80 euros return. There are different prices depending on which bus...More

It's the big market square where you can see all kinds of locals and visitors alike. The architecture is amazing. And since this area was largely untouched during the wars you get to see a lot of what things looked like centuries ago.

Lovely old fashioned market square. Lots of beautiful buildings to see from here and plenty of bars and cafes.

Nothing remarkable about this except for the statue of the Bremen Town Musicians (not as big as one would think). Market Day there once or twice a week; interesting fronting churches; nice restaurants. A pleasant stroll for an hour or two

This square is perfect, the ambiance, the architecture, the feeling of it being real (not made for tourists), the statue of the musicians of course adds to it

I had an opportunity to visit this old German town in the night hours - and been delighted how its architecture gems are highlighted by a successful design of lighting.

Here is the heart of the medieval city. Here are the cathedral, Rathaus, the building of the Chamber of Commerce and many old houses. I think most buildings were built more than 500 years ago. The whole square is very well preserved .
