Very interesting street to walk on. top stores, beautiful architecture, place of the best brands where you can see interesting windows. Walking towards the end you reach pleasant places to walk along the way. I.e. The walk itself and the route are worth it in itself.

This street will provide you with every opportunity to spend your money. It is high end so the pennies do not last long but looking is free and this is a very pleasant part of the old town (Alt Stadt) and worth having a mooch around.

Hamburg's exclusive Shopping District

Neuer Wall is located between the town canals Alsterfleet and Bleichenfleet, and is Hamburg's most exclusive and perhaps most expensive shopping street.

It is a fairly small street running for some 600m from Jungfernstieg to Stadthausbrucke and contains flag ship stores, fashion boutiques, designer stores, furniture outlets, jewelers, etc. A popular place for both residents of Hamburg and visitors alike.

Easily accessible by public transport with U-Bahn and S-Bahn stops at nearby
Jungfernstieg.

My wife enjoyed browsing through the shops.
