This is a really pretty building, and as far as I can tell, it's interesting from an architectural standpoint as well. Inside there currently is a scientific exhibit, which is cool, and there's also a pretty fountain. I wouldn't spend ages here, but it's nice...More

Impressive from the outside, but entering the building there is nothing interesting to discover. Take your pictures from the front and from the courtyard.

This place is one of the main attractions in downtown Hamburg. Located in the city center near the arcades walk by the waterfront. A must see and perfect for a selfie picture or souvenir picture in Hamburg.

Standing proud with its copper roof and red brick, it entices you in. Once inside you can view this spectacular town hall in all its glory. An amazing interior then leads to the outside once again, this time to the amazing courtyard with fountain. Just...More

Do not skip a visit to this beautiful building when in Hamburg. It is stunning inside and out. The fountain in the courtyard is gorgeous. One of my favourite buildings worldwide

It really stands out with its redbrick façade, green copper roof, and its 112 m tall tower in neo-renaissance style. It is the current seat of the local government, but it can also be visited.

Impressive both outside & in! We all enjoyed our visit to this impressive structure. It really is quite beautiful. Do not fail to walk inside; nor, to visit the courtyard as the fountain is quite a pleasure!

Really spectacular building. Definitely research the local events before you come as when I came there was a running event on which meant the town hall area was crowded with Tents/Marquee's and Stalls. Then the next day, it was all closed off as they were...More
