Lovely old buildings, some nice cafés and hangouts, go to the portside also. We loved the architecture, good for a stroll.

One of the very (and I mean very) few streets of Old Hamburg left with a few houses from before the great 1848 fire and subsequent other damage. It’s rather touristy with cafes and slightly twee shops, but that may be inevitable. Some 19th century...More

We walked all over the city on a Bank holiday Friday. As most of the places were closed we could not enter, but still a great trip.

This is one of the historical buildings within the old town of Hamburg actually, and what its very nice is that the buildings feel old and historic, yet they are mostly occupied by great coffee places and all. Would go!
