This building is often in use for weddings, so I didn't get to see the whole place until my 3rd visit. But even the entrance foyer, which is open to all, is worth the trip.

You can go to the top of the tower and enjoy a very nice panoramic view of the city of Darmstadt. You don´t need to spend a lot of time, this is nice in order to know about the history of the city.

It may not look too attractive from the outside, but the whole of the Mathildenhoehe, the museum, the villas etc were of great importance to the Jugendstil movement. And so is the Hochzeitsturm. If you have the chance, take the opportunity to visit the inside....More
