This is a beautiful Church with a square around it. We really enjoyed walking around the Church and admiring the architecture. A must see when in Warnemunde.

Right in town is this beautiful church in the neo gothic style of 1871. Our guidebook said the hand carved alter was made in 1475. As you would expect for a German Lutheran church the interior is beautiful but simple

The Warnemunde Church is located in the centre of the town. The architecture is neogothic - and it was built in 1871. It is an Evangelical Lutheran Church. The building is made of brown bricks. There is a very old clock which shows the time...More

Nice church, heard an organ recital there around noon. This was special event, folks were very nice to tourists who happened by at the right time. Carved alter [1475] and statue of St. Christopher. In German it's "Warnemunder Kirche"

This beautiful church would be the centrepiece of this lovely town. Standing for over 100 years it is an imposing building and has served the congregation of Warnemunde well. We did not have the opportunity to enter so I cannot comment on the interior.

A Neo-Gothic church constructed from brick and finished in 1871. It is standing at the place of the old church that stood here for more than six hundred years. A simple sacral object with very modest but pleasant interior.

A very plain church inside so very different from the over decorated Cathlic churches we have seen elsewhere in Europe.

Serving the local congregation since 1871, the altar dates from 1475, the pulpit from 1591. It houses an oak statue of St. Christopher carrying the Christ child which is 3.72 m high.

The church is an imposing building in a small town, and that is pretty much all you can say about it. Looks a little out of place in a coastal town but you can get a good picture or two here
