This is something like city center, there are many bars and restaurants around. Parking isn`t bad either, just make sure you have enough coins for the park-o-meters, otherwise you can`t pay by card, just if you have some special, local card.

Wasnt expecting to find Christmas markets in Cologne after Christmas but chanced upon one here! Not very big, but decent enough to drop by and grab a bite / gifts / ice skate!
