Zoom ist simply fantastic. We loved the fact that there are plenty of cool playgrounds and play corners for children amongst enclosures. The animals also seem happy enough and well taken care of. We had to miss Asia because we and the children simply were too tired so we will be back soon to continue explore what we missed.

It's such a great zoo! I love the themes of the park! You need about 4-5 hours to do the whole zoo. Its really big, so bring comfy shoes. During Winter the Africa park is closed because its too cold for the animals to be outside. Worth going! Theres an igloo stimulator in the Alaska park, definitely try it if... More

Me and my son (3) went there during the christmas break and had a wonderful time. He had a blast. The entree fee was fair. The zoo consists of 3 parts representing the 3 continents Alaska, Africa and Asia. After the entry you can pick which continent you want to visit. Once you entered a path you are guided through... it has three main sectors, Alaskan, Asian and African. it was December 26th 2016, so it was pretty cold, make sure to bring gloves and jackets since you will be walking outdoors for most of the 4 hours visit to the place. the Alaskan section was perfect and so was the Asian but unfortunately the African was deserted because of... The zoo is set out over a huge area with adventure play grounds and picnic areas (indoors and outdoors) dotted in between the animal enclosures. There are a good number of animals to see both large and small. And the enclosures are really thoughtfully layed out so that, even though the animals have space to roam, you can get a... More

You can get a nice student discount when you buy the ticket. The park itself is very big and has lots and lots of interesting things to see. We visited this park on a national holiday but it was still open and quite crowded. Definitely a good place to go for families and teens!

Went here on a trip together with other volunteers from a Dutch park. So we all looked at the park through our animal-park-loving eyes. It was very nice to see that most of the animals had lots of space, both in their inside as well as outside enclosures, as far as we could see. However, sometimes it made it more... More

I have been to many Zoo before but loved the concept of this particular zoo. I will rate this as one of the best zoo of Germany. Don't miss the Alaska ice adventure as well as the boat ride inside the zoo..
