Made a pitstop enroute to Cologne in Munster. Love the quaint surrounding and vibe, The cathedral interior spacious and airy. Entry is free.

It is one of the best Cathedrals that I visited. Moderate size, very minimalist and highly spiritual. Once you go there, you don't want to leave!

Don't miss the stained glass windows by Georg Meistermann in the apsidal chapels of the choir, and the huge St Christopher sculpture in the nave.

The current St. Paul's Cathedral was constructed in gothic style in the 13th century and stands right in the heart of Münster. The church was partly destroyed during WWII, rebuilt in the decade after the war and finally restored in the beginning of this century....More
