Some fabulous architecture on the exterior of this glorious cathedral situated opposite the opera house. The elevated statues surrounding most of the facade are excellent.

Our two couples decided to change our plans and visit the downtown Dresden infrastructure before going to Prague. this Catholic church was just amazing and worth the visit.

An active Catholic Church that has been restored. Not as opulent as some of the protestant churches, it is still worth a trip to compare the styles. As an active church be mindful of services and those coming to worship.

This cathedral is linking by a bridge to the Royal Castle. As the Catholic church, it is of prime importance, but architecturally not very interesting. The baroque pulpit and tester seem out of place. Fascinating modern Pieta.

This church is very interesting on the outside and I also liked the inside. It is perhaps unusually plain for a Catholic Church but I prefer this. When we visited someone was practising the organ so we heard some lovely music as well. Totally different...More

No, one does not usually pay to visit an open church. Perhaps if it is being uded as a venue for an advertidrd concert. In that case you will surely find notices.
