Good informative tour of the latest car manufacturing technology, including the all-electric cars. But charging 7 Euros to expose would be customers to what amount to publicity material is a bit cheeky of VW.

This is the first glass clad motorcar factory that I have seen. Being glass clad, you are able to see what is going on from the outside. Very innovative and well worth a visit. Not far from the centre of the city centre.

of course it's all about business - VW promotes their electric vehicle, but still it's worthwhile to see working production line, quite different from what you expect from a car factory the site is a 15 minute walk from Old City, easy accessible by public...More

It is a very interesting place to visit - but there aren't any cars manufactured here anymore. The tour was very good.

This was a disappointing stop. The building is gorgeous, but there is very little to see inside. We did not buy the tour ticket after reading other TripAdvisor reviews. We just did the see-it-yourself tour. The factory is not functioning now. There are a few...More

We enjoyed the tour in English this afternoon of the factory. The building was wonderful and striking in its design inside and out. Great to look at, move through and photograph. The tour was interesting to learn of the move to more electronic and hybrid...More

Lots of young articulate people in their VW emblemed suits, white shirts and corporate ties mill round to take visitors on a tour of what turns out to be a phantom car plant. For 22 Euros we were shown the empty location (no workforce and...More
