Tower with exhibitions (history, science and technology) 7 floors and a path outward. 2 hours time should be planned.

Again, this is part of the "Elbauenpark". This place is one huge museum in the inside, which you can climb up and go through the ages of human technology up to modern age at the very top. Beautiful

It's just great. And if you're traveling with children, you have to visit it. I behaved like one and was really impressed by the idea. Lots of fun. In Winter closed.

I believe some of the captions are in English, otherwise the interactive, "show and touch" nature of the museum may make language barriers disappear. Check also the Magdeburg tourist website
