You can visit the whole submarine and see the all details. It is well preserved and in very good condition. I really enjoy it, even I though it will be boring.

One of the few intact U-boats still left in the world, a typical U-boat, you can walk trough the entire boat except the cunning tower, completely intact boat

Brilliantly preserved submarine and one of the common types used by the German navy in WW2, so this is as good as it gets. Set on the beach in the Baltic, it has a lovely backdrop so on a good day you can get some...More

This is one of the last surviving, intact, WWII U-boats that actually saw action. The information was sparse but there is a guided trip several times a day. It was interesting to see how so many men could have worked in such cramped quarters. The...More

If you haven‘t been in a submarine before this is a good place to visit. Just make sure you don‘t hit your head. Sadly there is just some basic information from a couple of signs. No guided tours as far as I could tell.

This is Das Boot, a type VIIc/41, the real deal. After WW2 it served for quite a few years in the Norwegian fleet, but has been brought back to its former glory. It was one of the much feared Grauen Wölfe der Atlantic, and for...More

To get inside the submarine from 2.nd world war was interesting and gave a chance to feel the claustrophobic environment these people had to live in. It only takes 15 minutes to get through the boat so not a whole day adventure.

We bought the joint ticket with the Laboe Naval Museum. Being inside an actual u-boat was a unique experience and made you appreciate the close and claustrophobic surroundings they had to operate in. Worth a visit.
