Weimar is filled with the homes of many influential academics and musicians. Schiller's home is so pretty and located on the beautiful Schiller strasse. Well worth a visit.

After visiting this place I gained a whole new appreciation for this brilliant writer and poet. His short live was nothing short of a struggle.

An amazing memorial to one of Germany's great poets. His work lives on as literature, as the inspiration for one of Beethoven's most famous works and in many opera scores.
