We spent a wonderful morning with Noé who taught us great deal about the local Cuisine and shopping for the ingredients. It was a fascinating experience and Noé was a great teacher.

We were wonderfully surprised by our first stop with Diego. We expected to bounce from tapas bar to tapas bar; what we actually did was far better take the tour and find out. Diego is personable, knowledgeable, and articulate. Great evening.
