This chapel, once the parish church of San Bartolome, now forms part of the Faculty of Philosophy and Arts, the former Cardinal Salazar hospital, and is a splendid example of Mudejar architecture, built between the 14th and 15th centuries

Not as impressive as the Mezquita of course, but a small unexpected gem of mudejar style nearby. If you take some time to discover this chapel, it shows you a lot of interesting details.

We saw this church on a tour of Córdoba I like the tile and a portrait that is some what faded. There is a palm tree in the court yard and they bound the bottom of it in a interesting way to protect it.

Go see this if you are in the area, but don't go out of your way or feel like you missed something if you don't make it.

As a combined mosque and cathedral, its unique construction is unlike any in the world. Try to visit early in the morning before the crowd come. You will be able to enjoy the vast space leisurely without much noise.

Certainly worth a short visit, although I do not understand that even here an entrance fee has to be paid. Note the Roman and Arab capitals that have been recycled.

Located in the Juderia, the Capilla is a mix of Islamic, Catholic and Jewish influences. The amazing tile work takes the breath away. Well worth a visit if you are obsessed with all things Mudejar and Moorish
