We saw the Patios in October when the crowds are very few and the weather is beautiful. I highly recommend having a guide walk you through this area as part of an overall tour in Cordoba. The courtyards are gorgeous!

Well worth the $5E to be able to view these fabulous patios while one is wandering around the area. Love the fact all of these people open their patios to the public from 10-2 every day! Beautiful & peaceful spaces.

If at all possible, be sure to visit during the patio festival. The patios are similar to the ones in other once arabic towns.

You can learn so much about the residents of this small community by seeing their interior courtyards. Sometimes 3 families live in different sections of 1 house and enjoy the communal courtyard with vertical gardens. But this is the hottest region in Europe, so don't...More

We visited the patios as part of our hop o hop off ticket. Was not expecting a great deal but was very pleasantly surprised! A great experience with a knowledgeable guide.

You do not need to but tickets to tour patios. It is free to enter all. There is a great online interactive map. You can use it to go from patio to patio.
