This contemporary art space is well worth a visit. It is bright and welcoming, with well set out permanent and temporary exhibitions. The building and its surroundings are interesting, so take a stroll along the river bank and see the MAUS art around SoHo at the same time.

Visited 17 th March and was disappointed that over half was closed due to preparation of new exhibition. The building was rather warm and lacking in air con. Some of the art on show was of a good standard but there was too little of it. All in all I left unimpressed with an attraction that frequently gets good reviews.

A great experience, and free too! There's also a cafe/sushi place and bookstore inside. Very nice bathrooms too, which you don't tend to find very often in Malaga center. I recommend this if you're looking for cheap (or free) things to do in Malaga, or even if you're just looking for things to do.

I guess it depends on the exhibition, but considering this gallery doesn´t cost anything, it is huge and high quality works! I caught the Mark Ryden show and was impressed by the pieces that were showing.

The CAC is easy to find, right by the river and easily combined with a ten minute stroll afterwards straight up to the MUAP. Great building, spacious , airy and tranquil. Even early on a Saturday morning it began to fill up with students and tourists -perhaps because the Mark Ryden exhibition was coming to a close. Superb collection of... More

We went on a Monday afternoon and entry was free. There was a special exhibit of surrealistic art by Mark Ryden, as well as an eclectic permanent collection. We enjoyed ourselves.

Popped in on the way back to our accommodation free entry for us, situated in the refurbished old market building. 5 minutes from the metro station Plenty of room and interesting exhibits worth a look round.

Loved this space, there was an open air, free concert the first day we were here and the place had a great vibe. We returned the next day to wander around the exhibits, some really interesting stuff, albeit a bit overpriced. There is also an artist's workshop, which seems to take classes, which might be good for some people, as... More
