This was my third time visiting the Generalife and each time it becomes more and more impressive to me. It is unlike any other monument I have visited.

As a part of Alhambra this place has some beautiful gardens to walk through. Its a beautiful place but if you are visiting Granada for a short time make sure you buy tickets in advance.

The gardens look great, makes for a nice quiet, regal stroll. However, if you're pressed for time, I suggest going straight to the Museum, the Alcazaba, and then of course to the Nasrid Palaces first.

Amazing place to visit - just what you would expect. Wonderful gardens and outside space - make sure you leave enough time. Get a Granadacard - I ordered ours on the internet and picked up from the city centre when we arrived.

If you have the Alhambra ticket, don't miss these gardens. Although they are quite a walk, it is worth it for the views.

Gorgeous, historical, and a do not miss in Granada! Worth the hike and hours spent, a rich center of Arabic influence and history in Spain.

Our family of five visited here along with a tour of Alhambra. The tour was fantastic as it gave extra depth to the knowledge about the area. Our children ages 12, 8, and 4 were captivated as well.

I was expecting a better condition, maybe more flowers and more magical. It seemed to me a bit left in itself. The views of Albalcin and L'Alhambra are excellent. You can sit down and relax. There were really nice smell of flowers which made me think that we never feel this smells when we live in a city. Lots of... More
