Part of a tour of the Alhambra, these gardens are a wonderful addition. Beautiful pomegranates, oranges, lemons, herbs etc.

We visited in December and enjoyed it very much however the gardens were in repose. I should like to visit in April or May for that aspect of the tour. The walk is not what some people seem to make of it do not let...More

We were there in the Summer 2015, visiting as a family with our 4 y.o. son. It was good experience overall except the audioguide we got there didn't work pretty much at all and the museum refused to return the money as they said it...More

Without question this garden must be part of the visitor's enjoyment of the Alhambra. One of the world's most beautiful places.

Part of the Alhambra guided tour - worth it - Its a bit of a walk ... so gear up. We went in winter (early Jan) which was very pleasant. Don't want to be there in peak summer.

Beautiful and you should get the audioguide to enhance the visit. It was crowded at the height of the season but they keep it limited enough that there were moments when there were very few people around.

Castles are wonderful. Combination is very good, only Generalife would be a missed chance. Would go for the guided tour to see everything.

I believe this garden fill with flower blossom in spring and summer. We visited in winter and is still lovely for a nice walk to tour this grand garden.

Maybe December isn't the best time to visit but I did enjoy the gardens and summer palace. The audioguides also work at this part of the Alhambra and give more information. On site there are no information panels.

Further: The citrus trees may have fruit but the likelihood of flowers would be low HOWEVER you can certainly expect to be able to enjoy the Alhambra and Generalife with less crowds so you will be able to see the buildings... More

Hello, I was there again in April 2017 and the beds were in full bloom so nothing to worry about if April is your choice.

Hi , you need to take a taxi to the entrance gates, it is very hilly to get up there. Inside there is a lot of walking ,we took one of the guided tours and were walking for nearly 3 hours so be prepared .
