We went in the morning to avoid the heat, but sunset views are best. Enjoy the walk up through the old quarter.

Great views of Alhambra - can be crowded at sunset. It's a tough hike up the hills and can be a bit challenging to zero in on it. Consider a nearby cafe or bar terrace for a respite while enjoying the views.

The plaza offers a very nice view of the alhambra, the mountains and the city. We paid E2 each to climb the church bell tower which enhanced the view.

The main attraction of this church is the fantastic views of the Alhambra palace from the courtyard. It's easy to get there from Granada town by the local C1, C2 or C3 buses. It'll cost you 1.4 euro per ride.

Great place to stop and rest and see the sheer size of the Alhambra. You also get a flavor of the local neighborhood. There are 3 places adjacent to grab a drink or a light snack.

This is worth a walk up the hill through the old town so that you can view the Alhambra. The old streets are a little difficult to navigate but keep following the stream of young folks.
