This claims to be the largest gothic cathedral in the world and to have the world's largest altar. Very busy place with queues, but places to sit and rest too. Lots to see and many photo opportunities. Many sections and artifacts are behind bars, which...More

This is an amazing place. The amount of old church items is astonishing. There is art everywhere and the tomb of Columbus is a must see there, with such tall statues of men in robes bearing his body in a structure. However his body is...More

This Cathedral is immense. Rumor has it that a helicopter could fly around inside it is that big. Ornate carvings and very ornate altars can be found inside. If you can, don't miss the tour of the tombs below the cathedral to find the crypts...More

This is a must see if you are in Seville - obviously. The scale is breathtaking and the history compelling. As a monument to the historical significance, wealth and power of the city and the catholic church it is remarkable. Go and see Christopher Columbus..

The largest Gothic cathedral in the world, interesting history and mix of architecture. Great view from the bell tower and the audio tour is very informative. It is worth booking ahead to skip the line up at the main entrance.

Reportedly the largest gothic cathedral in Europe, but presumably that includes all of the square meterage of add on and garden. It's an impressive place, the interior is huge and the main attractions inside are pretty awesome. The outside is less flattering when compared with...More

I really think it closes at 3.30pm on a Monday and 5pm Tuesday to Saturday. The online booking site is awkward - but manageable with persistence. If you pre-book you are not given a time slot so you can turn up at any... More
