We stumble across this place as we wandered through the park! Oh my goodness I am so glad we did. We have travelled far and wide but this is one of the most beautiful piece of architechture I have ever seen. From the beautiful ceramic balistrades, to the tiled murals to the building itself. This is breath takingly beautiful and... More

It is to be hoped that the London Olympic park will look as good 75 years on. it is a good place for a stroll and a punt on the canal. The tiles pictures are fascinating but we weren't sure how you really made use of it.

This is a stunning plaza and very picturesque. Best time to see it is as the sun goes down as the lighting on the buildings is very effective and great for photos. Highly recommended!

Popped in on a stroll through Seville and rented a row boat for 6Euros. Was a fun afternoon, normally there are some performers around tre plaza and they are friendly. Save your left over bread for the ducks.

I went to Plaza de Espana mid-afternoon and spent around an hour exploring and just enjoying the surrounding area. It is such a peaceful property. There is so much of beauty in its architecture. You'll be surprised just how beautiful it is in person. Enjoy taking pictures from every angle that you can possibly think of. Watch/ Listen to the... More

The Espana Plaza is an amazing place. The place is so beautiful, and a post card view from every angle. A great boat ride in the canal as well!

The Plaza de Espana is quite simply impressive. After spending time in the nearby Parque de Maria Luisa (which should also be on your list to visit), The Plaza more than lives up to expectations, quite stunning. Built for an exhibition in 1929 the cost of building it must have had quite a huge budget.... The ornate towers rise at... More

If you have an hour or less, tour the plaza to see beautiful ornamental architecture including the hand painted porcelain tiles that cover the plaza. The scenery is exquisite! Each province is represented with a unique hand painted scene on tile depicting its history.

This is a huge building and park, built to show case the best of Spain at an expo trade fair. Unfortunately, it was built in 1929 just when the global depression started. Beautiful mosaics on bridges and panel and everywhere
