The Greeters provided a wonderful guide for us. Sr. Jose grew up in Bilbao and is now retired and giving these tours to share his love and knowledge foe his city. This tour was so much more in depth than any group tour you could take and is one on one, not one on thirty.

We only found these guys a few days before we travelled but despite asking for 2 weeks notice on the website, they managed to find us a guide. Bearing in mind that guides are all volunteers who give up their personal time to show you around their city, this is a credit to them. Roberto was our man and we... More

I booked it online based on some great reviews on tripadvisor...Not disappointed at all! I received the information about the Greeter appointed to meet me, one week in advance. Estibaliz made contact via email and we set a meeting at Arriaga Theatre Sunday morning. She took me for a lovely tour through the Old District and gave me very useful... More

We recently used this service while visiting Bilbao. We have used this service in several US cities and really enjoy meeting local people who enjoy showing you their city. Our guide was Roberto and we had a great night. Roberto met us at our hotel and we spent the next 3.5 hours touring Bilbao. Roberto is a native of Bilbao... More

He helped us to obtain a Baric card so we could use the trams, buses, etc they the city. He helped us with the bus schedule for our 1 night stay in San Sebastián, took... More

My husband and I were in Bilbao for the day (off a cruise) and toured Bilbao with Marivi Puente as our guide. It was a wonderful experience! We were interested in architecture and sampling pinxtos, and she made sure we saw all of that and more. She showed us several fascinating places in the city that we would never have... More

My daughter, son-in-law, my grandson and I were escorted to the old section of Bilbao. Our guide, a wonderful and knowledgeable man named Inego. He shared his love and pride for Bilbao and even treated us to some tapas and a glass of wine. He was patient as I walk with a cane and he adjusted how we got there... More

Our greeter was Begoña. She is very friendly and knowledgeable, and quickly warmed to my wife and kids. We had a long walk over what used to be the shipyards and also by the river and the old town. Begoña combined past and present history with interesting facts of each place we visited or walked by. She also taught us... More

Santi showed us around the city the first day giving us much information about the history and architecture of Bilbao. He took us places we would not otherwise have visited and was very passionate about his love for Bilbao and the Basque country. On the next day he even drove us to a fascinating Boinas factory museum where the famous... More
