Right in the centre of the old town , this beautiful building is a must. Amazing architecture and no admission charge. Respectful to leave a small donation.

Amazing cathedral in the heart of Casco Viejo in Bilbao. You find it as the widest open area of the old town.

one of the most beautiful churches in Bilbao, and one of the Oldest. Its details are beautiful gothic style, set in the middle of the old town, an easy walk from other strategic venues and worth visiting

Didn't go in on our last trip to Bilbao but this time made the effort. Stunning columns and ornate stained glass windows. There was an organ practice going on when we went ant the sound was amazing. Free to enter but do try to leave...More

I liked this cathedral. You can walk around, light a candle and say a prayer. But you cannot enter once a mass is being held.

I always head for a city's cathedral and this was a beautiful one. It's a really old building and stunning inside, we always light a candle for the father-in-law who died a few years ago. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this cathedral.

It's basically impossible to do not get amazed by the history and the beauty of this place. I have been there 3 times already, and every time it brings me a different feeling.

This church was not originally built to be a cathedral, and so retains some of the local parish essence. It is right in the middle of the old town, and the facade is not too ornate. There is a neat "porch" off to the side,...More

Towering over the buildings surrounding it, this cathedral has beautiful entrance doors. The inside has had some cleaning making the columns and ceiling stand out. Worth a quick look.
