An historic bridge v close to city centre

A nice bridge which connects two parts of the pleasant city and that is about it - it can be busy some times

Stood on this bridge when it was obviously high tide and with the stormy weather and high tide the waves were crashing up and over this bridge. Some crazy people standing on the railings of the bridge for photos.

The walk along the bridges towards the sea is amazing. It's quiet and beautiful. It's a bit windy but the weather was pleasant with loads of sun. Highly recommend if you're stuck at the bus station or waiting for connection. It only takes 15min walking to get to the sea.

We walked across it a few times - lots of people watching (see photos) with surfers heading to the beach & even political protestors crossing it on another day. Also stop to see the water flow to/from the estuary - interesting & on a hot day, pleasant with the nice sea breeze. Also historic Architecture to look out right beside... More

There is nothing spectacular about this bridge. There are several bridges to cross the river. I counted at least five. This one is closer to the ocean. The best part is to stand on the bridge and watch the ocean during high tide. You can see ocean water pushing the river upstream. It is a sight to watch.

Its a bridge... its a nice bridge but just a bridge. It is about the first thing you see after arriving by bus. But that's about it.

Not much to say. It's a very nice bridge and the view of the waves rolling up the estuary is great. It's free too.

Sure, its a nice looking bridge but people calling it romantic, beautiful are a bit over exaggerating. Best used for just getting from one side to the other not one of those iconic European bridges.

We arrived San Sebastián by bus from Bilbao, this bridge is located just outside the bus station and close to the tourist information. Once we put an eye on it, we at same time said, we remember this nice bridge from our last visit to San Sebastián which was 19 years ago. Meaning we did not forget this nice piece... More

Ornate bridge in the midst of town, crossing the river. Each of the towers is unique, and provides a baroque element to fit in with the grand buildings around it.
