Walked from the Cathedral through the jumble of small streets to the Placa Major ( about 15 minutes on a very hot day ) where we found a lot of craft stalls selling a variety of touristy items and also some local goods and crafts...More

Was very lovely, surrounded by beautiful old buildings above. However the fast food restaurants within the Placa gave a different atmosphere. Impossible to miss if heading towards the old town and small shops. Better restaurants can be found in the old town, Bar Espana for...More

Large square in the middle of Palma that contains restaurants, shops street entertainers and local crafts people. The best part of the square is it can help orient you with all the twisting roads in the city.

It is a must see, and since you know that it is a tourist trap, accept to pay triple for a coffee or a beer, and enjoy the ambience on the sqaure. Also in the evening, btw :_)

It is a nice place to visit while walking the streets of Palma. Some nice cafes and bars. Lovely place to sit and watch the world go by.

Good square to sit and people watch. Lots of places to eat and drink. Being in the centre the prices are on the high side.

It's mostly some local vendors and street art, which to me are not a highlight. But it was nice to walk from the Cathedral area through this square back to Placa d'Espanya.
