    Pretty port.
Defo take a stroll down to the port and saunter past the numerous restaurants enticing you to partake of fish lunches and dinners. Can be accessed by stairs or road/path. If visiting by car, there is a free car park here where you can stay all day. Perfect location to see all the sites.

    Well worth a day trip
We came here twice in our weeks holiday. Lovely place with plenty to do, lots of varied shopping and restaurants. Lovely to explore the tiny little streets and shops. Some great views from the castle. Boats hire and trips always available.

    A different non beach venue.
A 2.10 euro bus ride from Cala n Bosc brings you to the edge of the city centre and a myriad of narrow streets with shops & bars etc. Keep walking and you come to the port area with spectacular views, follow the steps down to the better waterside restaurants, keep walking down the quayside as far as the lighthouse / memorial, turn back towards the city centre and spend a few euros to visit the cathedral, plain on the outside but stunning inside, you could also visit the monastery round the corner which is a haven of peace, quiet and amazing artwork. Well worth a visit, wear comfy shoes.

The historic city of Ciutadella is located on the far West coast of the beautiful island of Menorca. It used to be the island's capital, and, although it has not been for some time, it is still a very attractive city with lots of traditional appeal. The port is both a fishing and leisure area, and there are lots of waterside eateries around.

The Port Ancient is an amazing area, surrounded by lovely yachts and boats of all kinds, There is also the Club Nautico where there is a Restaurant. After the 15th of October many of these restaurants closed. We were amazed when there was still such beautiful weather.

Small and quaint with Minorcan architecture and winding streets.
Lots of similar souvenir shops and a street market of crafters in an evening
The port looks so pretty at night and there are restaurants overlooking the water.
Worth a visit.

Lovely port and harbour with lots to see and plenty of photo opportunities. Mingling with locals and tourists is easy here and lots of restaurants and bars to tempt you. Worth a walk higher up the sides to head towards the sea for great views. Plenty of parking.

Did a day visit on the bus from one of the nearby costal villages. Recommend taking the bus rather than driving as lots of one way streets and a bit of a nightmare to find your way driving. Lovely city with plenty of interesting shops and a market the day we visited in the main square. Lovely little alleyways to explore and of course the port and the river out to sea. Worth a days visit. Shoe lovers paradise. So many shoe shops!

Spent a few hours dwindling the time away at the port. Walked from along the boardwalk past all the bobbing boats and into the port.
Good sky and warmth of the early evening have it a better feeling.
Nice ships, restaurants pick for yourself but must reserve especially at a weekend.

The port and the old town of Ciutadella are located at the end of a long and narrow bay.
There is a nice walk along the port with few nice restaurants. The old town is almost all pedestrian, with narrow streets and great architecture. It has a lot of charm and several monuments to see. There are a lot of tourists during the weekends. Choose an hotel inside the old town.

Really lovely place. Hotel was very good value. Very clean and everything you need. The pool was lovely and no sunbed issues as there were plenty. Staff really helpful. Beach nearby with great restaurant.
