This is the second time that we have visited Cueva de los Verdes, and it is just as good as the first time. We couldn't hear the tour guide as we were at the back of the group and I still rate it as 5 stars! The formations and lava tubes are simply beautiful, the further you walk into them... More

This experience is wonderful if you are looking for a unique experience while in Lanzarote. A guide gives you an approximately 40 minute tour through the caves which are lit to accentuate their beauty. While I did not experience any trouble moving through the caves, I would caution those who have mobility issues about participating, as the ground is uneven... More

Just across the way from the more high profile Jameos del Agua, the green caves offer a fascinating glimpse of life underground. The story of the Lanzarote people hiding from African pirates, the unique blind white crabs is interesting enough but the 'secret' hidden further into the tour-guide led walk is fascinating and entertaining in equal measure ! I won't... More

very cool place, scary when you think about how far underground you are; true that the guide's English was heavily accented but it didn't mar my experience; was a bit long for my 5-yr-old daughter

€9 is too much for this activity. You are led through the caves by a guide speaking Spanish and English, although the English pronunciation was so poor i barely understood any of what was being said. I feel bad saying that because her English was way better than my Spanish, but i need to be honest. She also seemed bored... More

A conducted tour in the underground caves formed by the flowing lava. Be warned that the route is quite taxing and you should wear trainers or strong shoes. The caves are unbelievable and I would recommend these to you. We arrived just after 10-00 as the attraction opens then and only had to wait until 10-15 for the first tour.... More

Entrance fee 9 euros per adult for an hours guided tour around just 1 km of the lava tube. Good value for money to learn a lot about Lanzarote's volcanic history. It's a constant 19 degrees so no need to wrap up and provides a change to the wind and sun. Some fascinating features and different from cave systems formed... More

The Green caves is definately a place to visit while on the island of Lanzarote. Put on good shoes (not sandals or flipflops) and go deep under ground on a guided tour. Remember to mind you head in tunnels! If going there on individual trip, it is hihgly recommended to go early in the morning.
