So the caves are interesting and defo cool. What let this down was the fact that you need a guide to tell you about the caves and the history. Lucky for us my son is into geology so was able to tell us about the...More

Visited after 3pm when less busy and benefited from the 20% discount....... took both kids 12 and 15 and both enjoyed the cave and it was a welcome break from the heat!! Lovely tour, well organised - didn't feel rushed and were able to take...More

The caves are impressive but we didn't really understand what the guide was telling us about them. Granted, we don't speak much Spanish but the tour advertised English commentary. Unfortunately, the guide was pretty poor at speaking English and was also unenthusiastic about the whole...More

The caves were great but we couldn't hear the guide. Don't go if you can't bend in half. Some of the ceilings are very low. Beautifully lit.

Amazing lava tube of which the tour follows just a part. This is well worthwhile diversion for an hour or so. We were lucky in that it did not seem to be a busy time of year [March] and there was no queuing. I had recently...More

It is place not to go with small children as they will be rather bored. The tour guide lacked enthusiasm and I couldn't year him too well through his microphone. Ifyou have back problems it is a place best to avoid as there are many...More

It certainly feels like you are on a subterranean safari. Quite an experience walking through part of a lava tunnel. The lighting enhances the colours in the rock formations. Well worth the visit.

This is definitely worth seeing - it's amazing to walk through the tunnels created by magma flows - you can see where it stuck to the walls and ceiling of the caves. The "secret" at the end is pretty good.
