Worth the small fee to get in. Would recommend climbing the bell tower as that was the highlight....

Only 2€ fee to climb the bell tower and enter the attached church. The views are beautiful and the bells are soooo loud when you are up there so be ready! Passed half hour on a really cold day.
You will be drawn to this place from the bottom of the street. This is a 16th century building. It was the first church in Tenerife. You can climb to the belfry if so inclined for a good view.
Center of the religious experience in town, a big church with a spectacular tower. The tower is the main feature, inside not all that interesting.

This is vastly more interesting and inspiring than the nearby Catedral. It dates from 1511, though of course over the centuries there have been changes and additions. The ceilings in particular are breathaking. I am not religious but this building really instils a sense of...More
This church and tower are great to visit, the climb to the top is worth it, small at the top. Bell rang while we were up there which surprised us!
Good views over La Laguna, although a bit of a shock when one of the (smaller) bells rang while we were right next to them.
Worth 2€/person, if you are there, you must check it out. It has a nice view over the city and it has old bells at the top.
Interesting cathedral of volcanic rock, black. A large tower visible from all over the city. Under the protection of UNESCO
