We visited the beach on our last full day, wish we had gone sooner. The beach is clean, well kept and well equipped. We started off in the small beach opposite Loro Parque and walked down to Playa Jardin. Sunbeds and umbrellas were available to...More

Sun loungers are €3. Pleasant beach, not much good choice around though so take a picnic. The sand (black sand) gets so hot!! Don't forget your flip flops ;-)

I was quite dissapointed as the beach also looks wonderful on photos, it doesn't look that great when you're standing there. Poor facilities, which were mostly closed when we were there. Furthermore, I do not recommend going on the beach or staying in Puerto de...More

Playa Jardin is a very beautiful place to visit. The scenery is picturesque! You can find anything you need on your holiday: ocean view, hotels, restaurants, different attractions, etc. surrounded by mountains.

Me and my husband had a picnic here (cold champagne and cheese) and took a little swim. It's a really cool atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. This is the signature for Tenerife, black lava beaches, so you get a lot of nice photos here. Perfect for...More

The Playa Jardín beach is one you'll probably recognise from brochures depicting the north of the island of Tenerife. It was famously designed/landscaped by César Manrique to become the crown jewel in the attractive tourist town of Puerto de la Cruz. Its black volcanic sand...More
