You can take a quick walk and enjoy the view of the bay of Santander. You can also take the “train” that circles the peninsula if you don’t feel like walking (it’s a motorized train-looking vehicle for 20 or so people).
Feel free to walk through the pine forest, take lots of pictures, admire Palacio de la Magdalena, and enjoy the beach surrounding the island. Before ending your tour there's a nice place to watch penguins and sea lions having a snack.
