We took the little train tour to the mirador. Its a beautiful view of the city. A great spot for pictures. I would say a "must" when visiting Toledo.

Taken the open top Tourbus from the train station for a trip around the whole city. You will struggle to get all these views in a day if you walk.

This spot offers great views of the old city of Toledo, the Tajo River and the old walls of the city. If you don't have a car you can get here on the cheesy-looking Tourist Train from Zocodover Plaza. If you do take the train,...More

Forget about museums, cathedrals and other attractions - come here instead! There's a stunning view of the city, and if you walk a bit uphill, you will find yourself alone, enjoying a quiet view over the city. I spent hours there, just looking and contemplating.

There's no better way of seeing Toledo than from the ring road surrounding it. The entire city is encircled by the Tagus river and the view is breathtaking. The brownish-yellowish tones of the city contrast so beautifully with the green color of the river –...More
