This is a beautiful little church, located next to the cathedral. It is "little" compared to its neighbor, but it is grand in its architecture and its awesomeness. The details of the alter wall stonework are spectacular. Do not miss this site!
The main altar in this church resembles a large tapestry, and this is very unusual. The church also has some very good paintings. One of them is of San Nicolas. There were also some very good tapestries.
Do not pass this church by-easily done as it is next to the cathedral.
The interior is splendid but the main alter piece is unbelievably beautiful, perhaps this is what heaven is like.
An absolute must to see.
We visited in July 2014. Walking back from the Bugos Castle. There are two Chuches San Esteban and San Nicolas de Bari. The Musem of Retables and altarpieces mostly dating from the Renaissance and Baroque periods. Well worth the visit
