Fantastic church from the 1200s - One of only a few such churches that remain in the world. Great architecture and brilliant piece of the past, in a really well preserved and unaltered state.

If you are lucky enough to be in Segovia do yourself a favor and stop in at the Iglesia de la Vera Cruz. It's a unique structure and offers some great views of the Alcazar from below.

Wonderful old crusader church. Highly recommended. Atmospheric. Wonderful old murals. This was my favourite church in Segovia (however most of them were not open). My understanding is that there are roughly 17 churches in Segovia.

The folks up in the castle used to come here for their Sunday services. It is in amazing condition and an interesting architectural contrast to the Alcazar. It is twelve-sided, representing the apostles, which is certainly a nice touch for a church. See this on your way to the castle.

Very, very old church with a lot of history. You can walk through it and go up the staircase. Went with a tour guide who explained everything well. Great for those who love history and architecture.

It is a very interesting Church to see for all those interested in history and architecture. All the Templar constructions are circular, although there have been many esoteric explanations for this fact no one has been able to prove them. The Church currently belongs to the order of Malta heiress of the Temple after its dissolution.

This church dates from the 1200s when its owner, the Orden de Malta (The Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of Saint John of Jerusalem of Rhodes and of Malta, also known as the Sovereign Military Order of Malta), was seated here. An altar that the order still uses dates from Roam times. The order is a lay Catholic organization that does... More

A small non-descript church in the Old Town of Segovia, you wouldn't miss much if you do not enter as there is nothing worth to see inside. However the view of the bell-tower from the nearby Plaza asks you to stop for some minutes to admire the structure.
