En la Plaza de Zorrilla, extremo norte del Parque Campo Grande, encontramos varias cosas para hacer muuuuchas fotos :)
Una gran fuente con numerosos chorros de agua, una estatua del poeta José Zorrilla, unas letras gigantes de VALLADOLID, y el impresionante y grandísimo edificio de la Academia de Caballería.
Y de ahí otra visita imprescindible es el Parque Campo Grande y la Acera de Recoletos.

El Paseo de Zorrilla es una de las calles de referencia de la ciudad de Valladolid pues es uno de los límites urbanos del Campo Grande, es una gran vía de circulación y tiene edificios emblemáticos como Caballería. Irás seguro en tu visita a la ciudad pues es un punto indispensable.

Para nosotros que no conocíamos Valladolid, ha sido una grata sorpresa descubrir un paseo tan grande, cómodo y seguro de andat con todos los servicios necesarios.
En una orilla el parque y al otro extremo el corte inglés con gran oferta hotelera y de restauración.
Todo muy bien iluminado y ambiente sano y cordial.
A la parte de atrás de nuestro hotel el puente y el río pisuerga

El paseo por excelencia de la ciudad, ideal para recorrerlo a pie dando un paseo y mirando tanto sus múltiples comercios como el Campo Grande situado en el principio.

Culmina en la plaza del mismo nombre, decorada para diversas ocasiones, especialmente Navidad.

El Paseo de Zorrilla es la gran vía de penetración a la ciudad desde el sur. Comienza en la Plaza de Zorrilla, centro comercial de verdadera importancia, donde confluyen calles como Santiago, Miguel Iscar y Acera de Recoletos, y termina en su bifurcación hacia la carretera vieja de Simancas y la carretera del Pinar y Puenteduero. En su comienzo y a la derecha se encuentra el gran edificio de la Academia Militar de Caballeria, de un magnifico porte y a su izquierda el explendido Parque del Campo Grande, principal pulmón verde de la ciudad.

Es agradable pasear por el Paseo de Zorrilla. Es una amplia avenida, ancha, espaciosa, repleta de bares, tiendas, comercios diversos.... Siempre con gentes de diversas edades para un lado y otro, que dan vida a la ciudad
