It’s only meant for teens I would say. I brought a 7 & 3year old to the park there were some rides the 7 year old couldn’t go on because of his height it’s 140cm or above to be able to go on all the rides. Some rides are less. There is a young child section there but u have to be at least 1 meter tall to go on the rides. There’s the odd one that’s 90/95cm tall but rare. As a result my 3yr old couldn’t do much there because she’s not that tall. Make sure you check the height before u start queuing because they check before u get on the ride. The shops there are overpriced as they usually are in these places. The food areas are good and I thought reasonably priced. We bought the bands to skip the queues but because they’re not that expensive (€55pp) I think everyone buys them and there’s still a wait to get on then and they only work on about 10 rides so the rest u have to queue for anyway. A slight waste of money.

Park still completely overwhelmed by its organization! Allow 1 hour to access the car park, 30 minutes to access the Park with entries already purchased on the internet (no well-established line, everyone piles up at the barriers and then it's a mess to know who was in front of whom). Just one poor person to take care of about 6 barriers. Concerning the attractions, they are always at the top, EXCEPT that if you check the waiting times for them on the app or the signs in the park, DON'T FORGET to multiply this waiting time by 3! WHAT is this park's reason for NEVER giving real wait times? HOW would this change anything? Because apart from annoying those who are waiting in line, I don't see the point! If the waiting time really corresponded, it would avoid annoying a lot of people because they would know what to expect from the start! Frankly, it's always sad to see such a large theme park managed in such an unprofessional manner. Whether it is successful or too successful at certain times of the season, OK, but that does not justify the lack of professionalism in customer information and especially in flow management (parking, entrance, attractions, etc.)

Fantastic range of rides and things to do and see. Long queues on many rides. Best part of the day for us was the colourful parade of floats and dancers at the end of the evening followed by the spectacular firework and animated creatures finale on the lake.

As every time I come, a brutal experience. Without a doubt one of the best parks in Europe. Shambala is amazing. A place to put on your list before you die. The only bad thing is that they go with the prices ... of the food etc.
