The tour was very well done! The Palau was breathtaking! We started off with a short video giving some background information about the history of the Palau. Then our guide ( who spoke excellent English) walked us through the Palau, giving detailed explanations of all...More

What a stunning building. Amazing glass windows and mosaics. Would love to have had longer here so we could’ve seen a musical performance to get the full experience.

When doing my research on the Palau, I quickly established it would be much more worth my time (and money) to watch a show, and spend quality time there and get the 'real' experience. The show we saw was Arte Flamenco performance which was good...More

El Born / La Ribera
The labyrinth that is El Born becomes most apparent
the moment you turn down one of its side streets. But
this is one of the few labyrinths you might actually
enjoy losing your way in. After all, there are few
places that live and breathe such exciting energy
regardless of the time of day. This neighbourhood
seamlessly transcends the old and new parts of the
city, reflected in its vast array of restaurants

Depends on the show; for flamenco may be exactly what you need. A large-scale performance is better viewed from the balcony, IMHO. And the acoustics is OK everywhere.

The first rows of seats are the BEST, of course. But you could hear so well the music anywhere inside the Palau.
