In 1995 Barcelona had no bike lanes, and very few people would ride bike around the city. In that year Bike Tours Barcelona (Un Cotxe Menys-Bicicletes) was created, and from the very beginning we have been working hard, together with the City...more

I did this tour with my 2 teenage daughters. Pablo was our guide and was superb. This was the first thing we did on arriving in the city. It was a really good way to get the feel for the city and to get our...More
Having been to Barcelona several times previously, it was nice to be active while also seeing more of the city up close as opposed to on a tour bus (quickly) or on foot (slowly). I like all forms of sightseeing - bus tours, walking tours,...More
I love taking bike tours as soon as I arrive in a new city (it helps me fight jet-lag and is a nice way to get oriented). I found this company and made arrangements four months in advance of my trip. I emailed Liliana on...More
Our guide Marc was just wonderful and gave us a great bike tour throughout both old and new Barcelona. He customized our tour too since we had all seen Sagrada already in our group, so we spent more time seeing the old/new neighborhoods, beach, Olympic...More
Highly recommend this Company and well worth the price. We had a small group which allowed a really personalized tour. Our guide was able to improvise based on what we had seen already and what we were interested in.
I appreciated a lot this 3-hours-bike tour. The tour was a real good overview to understand this city. Our guide could tell us a lot from the Roman heritage to the actual architecture. It was just the right quantitiy of information.
We spent 3 relaxed...More
At the start of this tour I didn’t know if I was going to like it or not, but Barcelona climate is great! The tour guide was funny, and very knowledgeable along with helpful. He told us of multiple places and things we could do....More
The tour is in english. The guide was a spanish who was very friendly, communicative, and an excellent speaker. This tour is definitely worth for having a first overview of the city. I totally recommend
There are several Barcelona e-bike companies around and various tours organized. It seems to the the same set of guides using the same sort of imported, very sturdy UK electrics. To anyone of a certain age to have the use of that bit of battery...More
The labyrinth that is El Born becomes most apparent the moment you turn down one of its side streets. But this is one of the few labyrinths you might actually enjoy losing your way in. After all, there are few places that live and breathe such exciting energy regardless of the time of day. This neighbourhood seamlessly transcends the old and new parts of the city, reflected in its vast array of restaurants
ranging from fancy Michelin-star establishments to trendy fusion restaurants. Here you'll find historical and cultural attractions such as the popular Picasso Museum and the Gothic cathedral La Santa Maria del Mar, where you just might be able to catch a traditional Catalan wedding.

By taxi i would say depending on traffic about 15 - 20 minutes to Port Vell, 5 Euros? I'm not really sure as we went from hour Hotel. Walking would take a good 40 minutes at a steady pace. The bike tour we did was just short of 3 hours which included a 40 minute stop for a drink & stops at the sights for the guide to tell us about them, actual cycling time about an hour and a half.
