This is another ‘Not to be missed’ Barcelona experience. It’s not however, for the feint hearted. The ride starts with a ride in a lift to the cable car level. When you reach the top, you are herded into one of the two cable cars....More

This had a very long wait. The ride is short and you are crammed into a car standing with several other people. I wound’t do it again. You can get the same great views elsewhere. I thought it would be a longer ride and better...More

Would recommend you go from harbour up to mountain , and walk down. €11 single trip. Amazing views of port and city sky line You can visit park at top, Olympic stadium , also get cable car up to fort.

We got the cable car around 1030am on a Saturday morning and it wasn't too busy so we only had to wait for one car. However be warned that the climb up the hill to the station is very steep. Great views over the bay...More

Not for the feint hearted but worth a trip, just to say you have done it. Luckily on the day we did this trip it was not too busy, just as well as the temperature was 25 degrees. The queue to come back down was...More

Fantastic views and an enjoyable trip across the harbour. Normally busier heading up from the city so best to take i5 down for less queuing.

We took the cable car, and although it was expensive I would say it was worth it for the views across Barcelona. It ends up at a cafe which again isn't the cheapest is well worth stopping for a coffee and to take in the...More

Great way to get from Montjuic to the port. The view is great and it sure beats that walk up. Not as convenient for us to go up but down was perfect!

Originally a fisherman’s quarter, this quaint area
can’t escape its small village feel: laundry hanging
over the narrow streets, old ladies clamoring at each
other from their balconies and elder gentlemen playing
games on short wooden benches gossiping the day away,
Barceloneta could double as a film set. Artists line
the boardwalk displaying their magnificently detailed
sand structures making this the most visited beach in

I agree with both of the above comments. There was quite a queue when we went in October. Trip is short but wonderful views.
