Took the Bus up as the funicular was down for maintenance. The took Bus 150 to the castle as it was raining. Took the gondola down. If the weather had been better I’d say taking the gondola up and then then walking down would be...More

What a great place to get away from the bustle of the city. We walked for several hours around the area taking in the incredible views , playing in various play grounds and having a seriously good coffee from a kiosk. If you need time...More

This is a place with a great view above Barcelona but the importance is that there is a place that has to teach us a lot of things about past mistakes and about how dangerous are fascist regimes. Other than that is a beautiful castle...More

At 5E per adult it isn't expensive and worth a walk around for the views and if your are interested in the history of Spain and Barcelona. If you're not interested in history might not be for you.

You can go to visit the mountain and spend a day visiting the castle, Olympic site, Poble Espagnol, the gardens. Relaxing day with a loooong walk.

We took the cable car from Barcelonetta. The park is beautiful...plantings, fountains, stone paving etc. Views overlooking Barcelona. Home to Joan Miro Museum...not to be missed!

Pretty place worth visiting and walking around. A great view of the city. The tram ride is expensive and not really worth it in my opinion.

If you can. Take the cable car up to the top by the fort. Enjoy the view, picnic up around there and walk down. We paid for a round trip on the cable car but found the walk down most enjoyable.

We had a wonderful walk from Plaça Universitat to the south of the old city where you start the climb to Montjuic. There are definitely easier ways to get up there. But I would recommend the walk.

Awesome place to walk up if you don't want to take the cable car or bus. Very scenic and you can see the whole of Barcelona. When you reach the top spot, go around and you get a full view of the harbour which is...More
