Take your time. We came too soon and waited fifty minutes until the actual work begun. The whole process is astounding. The chef tried a new penguin candy and it was almost perfect... But very delicious.

There are two papabubble stores in Barcelona. Only the sarria store is closed in August for summer vacation. The gotico store is open.
