Nice looking monument, not something to rave about but if you’re in the area it’s worth a look. We was unfortunate and visited when the surrounding water features were being cleaned.

When walking in Ciutadella Park, you cannot miss the monumental. It is a relaxing place to either sit or wander around and take photos. The water is greenish, and the monumental is fabulous and worth seeing.

Really beautiful when it turned on. Situated in a park very close to Barcelona center, but enough quite. There isn't crowds of people here.
