Passeig Maritim is a lovely place to stroll along, great views of the Mediterranean, with beautiful well kept beaches, It's such a shame it's being spoilt by numerous touts hassling you to buy their fake tat, it's about time the local authorities took action to stop it.

Been coming here for 30 years and each time again we realize how nice this stretch along the sea is. It never gets old really. Some days, like this Easter week-end, can be very busy but in general it is simply perfect for a nice stroll.

We were here in March and it was very quiet. It was great to stroll along the beach. I can imagine that it would be fantastic in the summer

A breath of fresh air out of busy buzzy Barcelona. Come by train, get down to the beach and walk a couple of hours (at least !) from one end to the other ! Even better... Roller blade it !!! Then, sit down or get your feet (and the rest) in the sea ! Nice soft sand and showers or... More

Except for San Sebastian and after Picnic that is good, the rest is a disgrace. The main part needs to be addressed quickly. The ground needs a replacement urgently and the top manta, hellooooo, what is that about, one cannot even get to see the sea, every year it gets worse, that means that the ayuntamiento is doing nothing about... Sitges is absolutely beautiful, such an amazing place and town. And only 40-50 min via train from Barcelona. The beaches are amazing and the board walk along Sitges beaches is absolutely amazing great spot for a tan at the beach, and a swim and if thirsty or hungry there are many cafes, restaurants and bars to satisfy your needs. I am here for 1 month and walk this daily from the church down to the Hotel Terramar which has the crane and look under construction/demolition. Very safe with families, dogs, and nice sea views. Approximately 2.5 mile round trip.

Each morning we did a good walk along the promenade. It was kept beautifully clean, has a host of interesting houses and hotels, bars and restaurants. We liked it!
